Adeline has officially welcomed the first cohort of five startups to the Founders’ Floor - a new community and workspace for early stage founders, based in Holborn. Founders’ Floor plans to accept early-stage founders and co-founders quarterly, and offers central London co-working and networking with no equity or fees. 

Des Tan, founder and director of Adeline Arts & Science, said: 

"The earliest stage of building a company can be the hardest. It's companionship and caffeine and croissants that make the impossible seem slightly more plausible. So we wanted to curate a community of peers at similar stages of their journey, and to create a space that would incorporate more than just desks and WiFi. We’re pleased to announce the launch of Founders' Floor and look forward to seeing this community grow over the coming months." 

Meet the Founders

The five startups that have joined the Founders’ Floor for Q4 2025 are: Alter, Reoutfit, Seshr, Setmindset, and Sipgood. 

Olivier Legris is the co-founder of Alter, an AI assistant for OSX. Olivier describes Alter as a shortcut to the hassle of context with AI, allowing you to talk to your computer and have “AI do the rest”. By doing so, Alter lets you transition into an easier and smoother workflow. 

Reoutfit is transforming how people find, track, and try their next outfit online. Arianit Sylafeta’s startup lets you chat with a personal AI stylist and discover new looks before you officially buy them, saving time for consumers and fashion brands and reducing wasteful returns. 

John Jansen (CEO) and Stephen Yeap Weller (CTO) are the co-founders of Seshr, a map-based discovery app for casual social meetings. Friends since childhood, after studying and starting their careers on opposite sides of the world, they reunited in London with a plan to end loneliness through spontaneous hangouts. 

Setmindset is a LinkedIn growth assistant by co-founder Lisa Didenko. The company strives to help businesses grow on LinkedIn through strategic AI-assisted personal branding that is aligned with your goals and unique style. Setmindset has featured on UATech’s AI Tools In 2025 Revolutionizing Personal Branding on LinkedIn and also represented Ukraine at ViennaUP. 

Sipgood is co-founded by Aditi Kibe-Heal. Aditi hopes to tackle the health concern of people not drinking enough water, and she’s excited to achieve this by providing an easy-to-use ‘drop’ that has no added sugar and is made with all natural fruit and plant extracts. Sipgood also strives to reduce their carbon footprint - their packaging produces 29x fewer emissions than aluminium cans, and 4x fewer than plastic bottles.
